place is absolutely disgusting, i could still hear my chicken clucking. my girlfriend ordered pancakes and got food poisoning. tell your workers to wash their hands and cook the food right.

Cheese/bacon Omelet arrived with 2 slices of cheese on top of the Omelet-none in the Omelet and just didn't taste good. My companion later admitted the scrambled eggs did not taste good either. The pancakes, however, were delicious.

We hit it on a so so day. The food was only so so. The same with the Service. I had the Eggs Benedict and asked that the eggs be cooked more well done, not runny yolks. Not only were the yolks runny, the whites were runny as well. I mentioned it to the server, and while she apologized, she didn't offer to have a recook on the eggs though you could easily see I had pushed all the egg off to the side. My friend had an omelette filled with veggies and cheese that was great. Visited IHOP Tewksbury with my family. Ordered Chicken Fajitas Omelette,Fish fries,Pancakes,Chicken crispy strips and fries. Had a satisfying dinner experience. One of the best IHOP’s I’ve been to on a while! Keep up the great customer service and the place was clean and food was tasty and presentable.
