I have been going to this Dunkin Donuts for the last 5 Years customer service has always been great, except for today. the woman at drive-thru never spoke a word, no eye contact!!!!!!! worst customer service ever. the staff has changed.. the staff before it was always polite friendly always smiling no matter how difficult a previous customer may have been or how their day is going ...maybe management should check in on their stores to see what the Morale is and see what needs...read full review
Always mess up my coffee, probably because they're so busy asking me if I want anything else before I can finish talking!!! A bunch of new, young Spanish people took over, I miss all the older women that used to work there :( so sad. But I just relocated to dunks in Middleton and couldn't be happier!!
