Horrible experience! Went with my wife and daughter. My wife ordered Chicken Parm. We watched our server Christine deliver the chicken parm to another table, the woman took a bite and said “this isn’t eggplant”. Our server Christine ran back to the table, took the plate of food. Brought it back to the kitchen window, tried to cover up the fact that someone took a bite and brought it to my wife. I usually don't post bad reviews, but today was a disappointment. I ordered takeout from Orzo Trattoria in North Andover through Uber Eats. I selected the Francaise with haddock as the protein and added shrimp for an upcharge. However, the owner called me and said I couldn't get the shrimp for the advertised price.
