We went to the Loft for Mother's Day/family birthdays on Saturday night. We had a party of 10. Our server, was clearly overwhelmed and poorly trained, but the bigger issue was management. Throughout the entire 2.5-hour meal, managers avoided eye contact, ignored repeated attempts to get assistance, and provided no support to their staff or customers.
We had 6:00 PM reservations and did not receive drinks until nearly 55 minutes after being seated. These were brought out...read full review
This place is dangerous. I was assaulted here by a man. The manager and owner covered it up and refused to share the security video with the cops.
I wrote a more detailed review but they’ve since taken it down, along with the reviews that talk about the vermin other diners have seen.
Great Foods..... everything on the menu delicious Wonderful Staff and Service is Excellent👌🏽God bless🙏🏻...I live down the street🤣🤣 ♥️♥️♥️🙏🏻🙏🏻♥️♥️♥️
