My kids and I went to Applebee's last Saturday for dinner and overall it was a good dining experience. It was busier than I expected so wait time were a little longer. I had an awesome waiter. My food order was incorrect and he corrected it fairly quickly and credited the bill. Overall good experience and we would return.
Food was good. Service was quick. Cleanliness was sub-par. The drink menu had chocolate syrup on it, there was food on the booth seat, and someone had colored with blue crayon all over the corner wall. (Magic Eraser?) Emily was pleasant and visited our table frequently. The kids menu had lots of choices. And... our family of 8 was able to sit right down with no wait!

So I had not been to an Applebee's in years (bad experiences and ect.) so me and my girlfriend went for the first time in 6 years to see if things changed, and I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. I got the bourbon chicken and shrimp and my girlfriend got the 8-oz garlic sirloin. The steak was cooked perfect, Best buy chicken with seasons perfect along with the shrimp. I recommend giving them another chance!
