Dairy Queen forgot to give a driver a bag that contained all of the food in my order. It was hidden because I could hear the manager I spoke to telling the employee look behind that one and there was nothing they could do for me. Manager said you can come get it and I said why do you think I use DoorDash initially? You screwed up and did not give the driver the bag it is not his fault so why don’t you fix it. Typical customer service she get it this location it absolutely stinks.
I was in line to order a cake 5/1/22 , when I observed the worst case of customer service I have ever witnessed. The man Sam was rude , disrespectful, and crude. He Eve went so far as to use obscenities to a woman who was there to pick up a birthday cake! She had her receipt & the party was awaiting her return. The mgr Sam made her prove she had ordered &paid . To just be told the cake was never made! He did offer a small cake (serving8) when she ordered a sheet cake in replacement...read full review
