“Just went to Sweet & Sour Bar for the first time and got a Strawberry Mango Smoothie and it was absolutely delicious. The rest of my family got something and it was super reasonably priced. If you’re at the mall in Emerald Square Mall I suggest checking them out. They are on the 1st floor in the middle!“

“They brought back hashbrowns. The tried the acai bowl, guess I hate acai, but their fruit toppings were delicious and it looked very nice. I recommend the vanilla chai, hot or iced. They also make great and very sizeable breakfast sandwiches. Downsides are the drivethru and lot are always cramped and the inside always looked trashed due to people not cleaning up after themselves and their kids.“

“Stopped by a couple of days ago and really liked the place. The smoothies tasted fresh and delicious, and it’s nice that they also have food options. The staff were friendly, and my order was ready in about 3–4 minutes. The overall vibe is clean and relaxing—definitely coming back!“

“Mike, the NE Frozen Lemonade guy who parks on Blackstone Blvd, near Lippett Memorial Park is the BEST! He is friendly, pleasant and always has a smile on his face.... Can not recommend highly enough... Oh and did we mention the frozen lemonade is GREAT!“

“Stopped by Tropical Smoothie Cafe and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, service was quick, and everything tasted fresh. My smoothie was perfectly blended and the food came out hot and flavorful. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, making it an easy spot to grab a healthy meal on the go. “Whenever I am in Providence, I make sure to go to In the Pink, I LOVE their pitaya & açaí bowls and customize it each time, Hailey is always so helpful! Just this week I had their new fall apple smoothie. I also go to Clark Farms every time they are in South County and recruit my friends each weekend. Amazing!“

“So glad to have this place in North. The peanut butter yogurt cup is my go-to treat. Fresh, quality food with wonderful atmosphere, and great staff!“
