I normally love Pokemoto and would absolutely recommend it. right this second though, whoever is making the burritos needs some more training. all of the pickled ginger was in a clump in one place. all the wasabi was in a clump in one place. that's a lot of strong flavors in clumps. evenly distribute across the whole burrito!
Today I went to go pick up a large order from Pokemoto. I usually order 5-10 bowls and last time I was here they had missed a bowl. I called when I got home and asked for a refund, a nice lady answered and said "we cannot but we can give you a free bowl." I was okay with this and hung up.
So today I went in and told this exact story to an employee who then called their manager to verify, They came back and told me that the manager had already given a free bowl to me but...read full review
It’s been on my list to try because I found out they have Dole Whip but also interested in the bowls, it was a matter of being in/near the plaza when it was open which finally happened.
Got my Dole Whip (strawberry pineapple twist) to go for later and it was delicious, I plan to go back for a bowl, the place was spotless, smelled good and what I could see for bowl ingredients all looked fresh.
