Outstanding beers and an outstanding bartender in Bren. She’s funny, offers great beer suggestions and is a major draw to the brewery. Cannot recommend enough. Give Bren a raise ya’all.
Coffee stout is really good! Environment is laid back, typical brewery vibes.
Service is friendly, servers will come to your table.
I'm Lebanese and picky on Mediterranean food, their Mediterranean platter is just bad. Don't do it.
Great vibes and atmosphere. Highly recommend going to the music bingo!
Great food, friendly staff, and good beer.
Delicious food and beer!
Good beer, good food and a great atmosphere. Can't recommend this place enough.
I come here as often as possible. Great selection of rotating beers (if you like IPAs, hit the Superconductor), tasty pub food, friendly service - just top-notch all around. Friday night trivia and Wednesday night music bingo are a gas, and the love music doesn't disappoint.
For years, my husband and I tried to find a local spot that would give us the feel of pub culture abroad, and Shovel Town is the first place we've found it.
Every server is exceptional, but I can't say enough good things about Annie, Bren, Holly, James and Ryan. Lex, the manager, is a constant presence. They can get overwhelmingly busy on a moments notice and the team on shift does everything they can to accommodate - serving people 10 minutes before close, sharing samples for people to pick the right beer for themselves and having the handhelds while walking the floor means anyone in a shovel shirt can help you - skip waiting in line if you've got a table!
Everyone recognizes you and your order within only a few visits. The culture of the patrons is as welcoming as you want - random conversations struck up at the bar, a quiet table to yourselves or taking part in the ever rotating events they have going on.
New beers are on tap almost weekly, having something for every taste. The seltzer is so light and refreshing, I am always hoping for new flavors (limited edition pumpkin spice was 🙌🏻). Food is good, fresh and comes out quickly.
Beer is excellent! Food menu is limited, but solid selection and delicious!
Great beers and atmosphere. Highly recommend!

My new favorite brewery! We had both the taco and margherita flatbread that were delicious, along with the pretzel stix and s'mores cups weekly special (which were to die for!!) The service is quick, they had live music, and the beers were delicious. Highly recommend!!
Great beer if you like dark thick beer. This brewery did the customer facing half right! The seating area is visually interesting. Flat bread pizza was great. We drove a few towns over to see the band, I’ll be back for the beer.
What a great spot. Their beer is amongst the best in Bristol County and the flatbreads are awesome. The bartenders were really busy but stayed friendly despite it. A little hard to find the entrance, thankfully a guy in a truck outside pointed me in the right direction.
Small town vibe with big town beer selection
Walked up to the bar and some guy was very rude to us and talked down to us and told us they were a sit down brewery and told us he would be with us shortly. Never saw him again. One waitress came up to us and took our order then came back to see if we wanted food. She was fine just busy and a little stressed out. If you’re going to be a sit down brewery put up a sign saying so. Never been to a brewery where we can’t just walk up and order when it’s not obviously a restaurant. I’ve been to 148 breweries and this is the first one that made me feel like I was unwelcome. I also wish there were a few more nonalcoholic options others than soda. I get that it’s a brewery but that side of the market is booming right now and I can’t drink right now due to medical issues. My wife got the Oktoberfest and it she said it was just ok. Not worth a drive to go here when there are so many better places around.
