The person working there couldn't understand me so I left without buying a coffee.
DISGUSTING. I wish I knew how to upload the picture. Have been going to this DD for 5 years now and progressively it has gotten worse; if Donna was not working your order was surely goofed up. Donna retired, there has been a complete change in employees and they basically could give a s*I* about the customer, service or what they are serving. Went thru the drive-up ordered my usual plus a Bacon, Egg and Cheese on toasted English Muffin, fine, picked-up order, went to work...read full review
In 30 years of drinking DD I have never experienced such a poor example of customer service than I did yesterday. In no way should one iced coffee order taken at a drive thru take 15 minutes to process, given the orders before mine were for single drinks as well and the parking lot empty so I know the counters weren't busy. The employee at the window clearly didn't want to be there and when I expressed my disappointment; cared less.
