The restaurant has been around for more than 40 years but hasn't changed much. Take that statement for what it's worth. I've never been a big fan of their food. To me it's always been average slightly below. If you like quantity though, that's the place to go. The place is comfortable for a large group of people, and the service is always good. I should have taken a photo but I didn't, I had a fried clam plate and it was great! I'm a big guy but I couldn't finish it. Service was great, very friendly wait staff and good prices. You can't go wrong with any of their dishes.
Dropped in after fishing Martin's Pond. Plenty of parking for our bass boat. Seated immediately but service was incredibly slow. My fishing partner even had to get up and inquire where our waitress and dinner was after 40 minutes. He was told they hadn't planned on so many people and the kitchen was overwhelmed.
