It appears the store was purchased by new owners during the height of the COVID outbreak. Now that things are opening up in Massachusetts, I have started to come out for my lunch subs and it is always a pleasant and friendly experience. The staff is very polite, they take extra steps to sanitize and keep the place looking clean and fresh and that makes the overall experience pretty good. New owner is very nice and keep the place very clean. The subs are reasonably priced and made to your liking. The owner also randomly offered me a cookie as I dined in with them, which was very nice of him.

The employees are pleasant and friendly. However they put way too much meat on the sub and really just too much of everything. It was difficult to enjoy the sandwich because it was such a mess. The guy was actually struggling to close the sandwich. Other than that, the experience was pleasant overall and the restaurant was clean.
