We order from here maybe twice a month. Every single time the order is wrong. It’s usually minor things (gave fries instead of onion rings, not putting cheese on a cheeseburger ect. ) We have never received an order 100% correct. Finally decided to never go there again because 3 out of 4 meals were wrong. And what they gave us was covered in salt and disgusting. This place has terrible service. We had a great night at Grille 19. Our waitress, Caitlyn, was so accommodating. She was always checking in on us. I was very impressed with the service. We will be back for sure!
