We live nearby and visited and ordered takeout from Theresa's Grille 19 often during the first few years after opening. It was rarely a very good experience, poorly staffed, and more often than not, really bad. A neighbor told us to try it again. We stopped by tonight for a drink and appetizers. It was ok, 3 out of 6 steaks undercooked. Not blown away by the appetizers, the meatball pretty good. We expected capital grille quality but not there yet. Service was good, host very accommodating.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely gives the feeling of a fine dining restaurant. Even the owner stopped by our table to welcome us and chatted for little. We were there for dinner near closing time, and no one was rushing us to get us out the door. Offering to refill our sodas and up selling us on deserts. The food taste was very high quality and flavorful. I would highly recommend you make a reservation, and finding the place can be difficult without a GPS.
