Teresa’s Prime is our favorite restaurant for date nights and family celebrations. We dined recently and were thrilled it was the Teresa’s quality that we always knew. John was very accommodating to our group. Can’t wait to go back!
Slowest service without excuse! 2nd time this has happened. In the words of Shark Tank, "I am out". Empty facility on a Wednesday night. Just us and one other couple. Beverages took 10-15 min to get to the table and were wrong. We avoided apps because of the beverage delay and went right to dinner. Dinner took forever and was served room temp. We order from here maybe twice a month. Every single time the order is wrong. It’s usually minor things (gave fries instead of onion rings, not putting cheese on a cheeseburger ect. ) We have never received an order 100% correct. Finally decided to never go there again because 3 out of 4 meals were wrong. And what they gave us was covered in salt and disgusting. This place has terrible service.
