The service was very poor: a long wait and waitresses crank verging on rude. We had some dietary requirements, and called before we went, and were told they could be easily accommodated. When we got there, it was a grudging struggle, and even so they got it wrong and one of us got sick when we got home.
Went here on a stay in Provincetown. Nice spot away from the hectic downtown area. Food was pretty good, the short rib ragu I had was tasty. The fresh bread was great. Service was extremely slow but as expected on a Saturday night in the summer. Overall a pretty good, just shy of great experience
A standout institution on Italian dining. They advertise fresh daily made pasta, and it does not disappoint. A fair wine selection to suit your meal choice. You take your chances on the cape in the off-season and that's when I visited. Dining room was full and just about ready to turnover, so we had a short wait. Food and appetizers were well thought out and presented. Some local classics and high-end Italian offerings. I will keep this restaurant on my shortlist.
