“We tried The Canteen for the first time on this trip, and it was a massive hit. The star of the show was the Connecticut-style lobster roll—served warm with butter, it was easily the best one we had in P-Town. Even better, it’s a total bargain at just $30. Fantastic food and a great stop with seating on the beach. We will definitely be back!”

“Was there today for lunch and had such an amazing experience! We were seated upstairs on the deck and Pav was our server. He was so pleasant, knowledgeable and just really nice, he definitely made our experience great.

We had the colossal shrimp, mussels, lobster bisque and linguine with pesto and everything was so delicious. And the colossal shrimp were exactly as Pav said, amazing!!

He was also very charming and even though it was busy he still spent plenty of time with us and made sure we had everything we needed. The view and the vibe are great too.

Overall probably the best experience we had in Provincetown and we went to quite a few places over the weekend. Definitely recommend and we will be back!”

“This is my second time at this restaurant and they really try to be service friendly. It is okay but I really think this has to be improved. If you give service you have to know what it means.

The food is okay but on 1-5 it only reaches a 3 because the food is cold when. It is served. Mashed potatoes is not smooth enough and the difference between rare - medium - well done is not existing.

I will give it a third ti e but if it doesn't improve it is better someone who knows how to run this establishment.”

“A great dinner and service from a friendly staff. Pricing is very reasonable - especially compared to other local spots in town. Check on the “heat” of the dish before you order- this is real Thai and the spices are great. It was a great experience and we will be sure to go back.”

We were warmly greeted by a friendly bar keep, seated by a welcoming, accommodating host and our server was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly as well. The food, THE FOOD... AMAZING! Best coconut shrimp EVER! Delicious grilled chicken sandwich with the best sweet potato fries I've ever had. My husband had the Alley Club sandwich with handcut fries and he raved about all of it! Don't walk by this wonderful spot... it's well worth your time and hard earned money.”
