“A pleasant dining experience off the highway delivering a flavorful punch at reasonable prices on the Cape. This place must be bustling during season but was relaxed yet still active in late September. Prices for the area are reasonable and no regrets not doing Hyannis or Provincetown. I recommend the Harrigan's Homemade Hash and the Garden Omelette, the sausage links also.”
“Excellent meal, amazing staff, and definitely worth stopping at if you're in the area. I had the corn beef hash and a sausage egg and cheese that were both ”
“Perfect spot to stop for a quick lunch. Huge wraps that taste delicious ? One member had the Chicken Corn Chowder and said it was the best he's ever had.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free Wraps”
“As year-round Cape Cod residents, we were thrilled to learn that the restaurant was open during the off-season. It's always been a goal of ours to patronize businesses that don't close when tourists (and their dollars) cross the bridge after Labor Day, so when we had errands to run on the Outer Cape, we stopped by. We were one of few people in the restaurant for lunch on a Saturday, and we were made to feel welcome quickly. The draft beer selection was generous, getting us off to an excellent start. My wife and I both had pulled pork - a platter for me and a sandwich for her. The meat was moist and tender to the touch, with a delicate smoky flavor enhanced by just enough black pepper. I did try one of the freshly made sauces but found it a little sweet for my taste. Besides, the pork was exquisitely delicious without it. The sides, in my case, mashed potatoes and collard greens, were both fresh and tasty. All in all, we loved the relaxed vibe, but especially the smoked meats. I would confidently say that it was the best barbecue I've had on the Cape.”
“CShore is our 'go to' restaurant year-round... never disappointed food wise, always courteous and friendly. The perfect restaurant for a midweek dinner with my partner, or when 'the gang' wants to eat out on the weekend.”
“Perfect bar for lunch or early dinner. Service superb. True pros here. Clam strip app outstanding. Many more app choices. Wonderful view. Can't go wrong here”
“The staff was very welcoming. Service was quick although there were no other patrons, so not sure how it would be when it is busy. It seemed like it was too big of a location, but my hunch is that it is because we are technically "off season" for the Cape, this time of year.”
“Very good food. Surprisingly, there are not a lot mexican dishes on the menu. Place is loud. Not good for conversational dining. Nice cocktail list. Small beer and wine selection.”
“I was limited in what I could order because of food allergies, but what I got was delicious (veggie tacos and fries)! Thank goodness they have a dedicated fryer for their french fries because they are delicious! I really appreciate the patience and thorough answers I received as I asked all the food allergy questions.Vegetarian options: There are two vegetarian meal options and three sides, a good number for the size of their menu.Dietary restrictions: I have a bunch of food allergies, the main problems while dining out being wheat and beef. They thoroughly answered all 947 questions I asked, and I was able to safely order the veggie tacos on corn tortillas and french fries, which is not a safe item for me most of the time. I would have loved to order the veggie burger on a gluten free bun but it's not fried in the dedicated fryer.”
“Antonella and the Cibo staff thank you for an amazing take out dinner for eight people. My guests raved about the food! From ordering to pickup and heat up was so easy. I highly recommend Antonella/Cibo for amazing home cooked Italian meals dining in or take out. You won’t be disappointed.”
“Lovely little place. Ingredients were fresh and salads were crisp. The rooster sandwich was phenomenal- between the seasoning and the sauce, a perfect mix of sweet and spice. Chicken was thoroughly cooked and nothing was soggy.Mac and cheese was very good as well, not soupy amd not dry.The pasta salad could use a bit of acid (maybe a small bit of relish?) But was enjoyable.Prices were faor for the quality.”
“Great local restaurant the food is fresh staff is friendly welcoming atmosphere and kept very clean the only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because it’s a bit on the pricey side but definitely a great ”
“Absolutely fantastic Buffet Brunch! Food was very fresh, plentiful and great selections.Waiter was excellent and very attentive! Will definitely be going again :-)”
“Best Lunch Place in Truro! Drove down today just for a John Alden and to say hello to Frank (we even got to meet his wife Julie). Every summer we spend a week in Truro and this is our go to place for lunch while relaxing on the beach! Must go you won’t be disappointed!”
“So excited about this place! Big fan of their pizza over the last few years - and new owners are doing a great job continuing the quality. It hasn't changed a bit. Pizza is delicious — NY style, we ask for extra sauce/extra crispy, and they get it done. Excellent chicken fingers with good-quality honey mustard. And THEY DELIVER — one of their team members came to East Orleans in a snowstorm (unexpected snowstorm) and we're grateful!”
“Love the industrial vibe layout, I got a Mexican hot chocolate, a breakfast sandwich and my partner got a cake doughnut and the breakfast tacos. The food was delicious, there was a bit of a wait but it is the off season. Definitely will return!”
“We recently stayed at the Orleans Waterfront Inn for a wedding. The hotel is centrally located and a good launching spot to explore the outer cape. The view of the cove from our bedroom was lovely and the wedding reception/ festivities were also great. Everyone working at the inn was very friendly and more than accommodating. The rooms were also clean and comfortable.”
“Quaint + cozy. Cottage Street Bakery serves incredible on-the-go pastries and desserts. Two stools inside to sit but other than that, you'll have to opt for a picnic bench out front if you wanted to "eat in".”
“Ordered their two 2 lb lobsters from Goldbelly and had it shipped to Florida. The lobsters were fresh and still alive when they arrived. Really good quality and packed well. They came in a styrofoam cooler with ice packs to maintain temperature.Pretty good deal, but would only recommend if fresh seafood is scarce in your area.”
“There are really no honest to goodness pizza around../a lot are foo-foo… tonight we decided to try papa Gino’s-Orleans….again!To our surprise and Thank goodness the two people there…I only caught Rachel’s name not the pizza chef… it’s excellent!! And they went above and beyond for service..try it, you’ll love it.. please keep these on Papa”
“Went again for the house burger, it was excellent, but not the unique experience of Olde. Seems like the menu is completely revamped since we last visited, maybe 4 years ago? Looking forward to trying some new things with our next visit. Great sweet potato fries.”
“Wonderful restaurant....with a large bar area in a separate area.We split a large ceasar salad between 3...it could have fed 4 or more.Scallops were plentiful...Lamb chops were seasoned perfectly....over white beans....and the asparagus was cooked perfectly as well. The steaming bowl was full of seafood over a small amount of pasta. The broth was exceptional as was the service.”
“Red Barn has some of the best pizza on the Cape I've tried thus far. The pizza here is very topping heavy, which I love. They're so generous with the meat as well. This is such great value found for the price as the slices are huge in size and very filling, and oh so delicious with an assortment of options to choose from. I love how they switch the specialty slices up every day and still have your classic cheese and pepperoni slices, especially if you don't feel like ordering an entire pizza pie just to try a new speciality option. In particular, the Buffalo chicken specialty pizza was so good. I highly recommend it if you're a chicken lover. It's not too spicy either, just enough of a kick to appease your tastebuds. You'll find the restaurant very well kept and clean staffed with friendly service.”
“A must visit when on the Cape! My spouse and I have been coming here over the past 10 years, and we always make a point of visiting Hot Chocolate Sparrow for the coconut mocha sparrow in particular. It's such a delicious drink! And I've never tasted another mocha anywhere else quite like it. The desserts are very decadent in flavour, and the cakes and chocolate in particular will send you into a heavenly sugar rush. This time, we tried the berryblast muffin for a change. However, we weren't impressed as with our usual selections. It was a bit dry and bland, so I definitely recommend sticking to the many other assortments of treats on display here. The options, after all, are endless so much that it'll be hard to choose what to order. This is perhaps the best reason to justify putting on those calories and spending the oh so worth it dough to keep coming back. ;)”
“The Fairway Restaurant had a great egg dish with toast, bacon, sausage, ham & home fries with coffee was delicious. The waitstaff was friendly & knowledgeable, the atmosphere was open & quaint.”
“They were friendly and helpful. The steamed lobster we ordered was delicious and the Bent Water stout they recommended was a winner, although one of those is plenty ?This is on my list next time I am on the Cape.”
“Spectacular coffee-had it once on a visit to the Cape and have been ordering it online ever since. Indescribably delicious, and the customer service (hat tip to Bobby in particular) has been wonderful. Try the seasonal specials as well as the mainstay coffees.”
“Nice selection of food for what it is. Plenty of salads and the linguica sub was on point! Lots of benches to sit on before enjoying a round of mini golf with friends or family.”
“Excellent dinner and service. They were also very thoughtful about allergies in our party and made great suggestions.Dietary restrictions: Our daughter has Celiac and they were knowledgeable about the menu and accommodations.”
“Arguably the best restaurant in Wellfleet...The offerings from the French Bakery, as well as the Pastry Shop, were always wonderful. However, the PB Boulangerie Bistro was a step above, arguably the best restaurant in Wellfleet and certainly amongst the better dining establishments on the entirety of Cape Cod. The Pre-Fixe 3-Course menu choices were extensive and inviting and coupled with suggested wine parings made for a dinner experience to remember.”
