We were in Wellfleet looking to getting a shell fishing license and decided we needed a nice treat so stopped here for some ice cream. And we are glad that we did. Although it is a small location with limited outdoor seating it is conveniently located in the heart of Wellfleet on the main street through town. There is a large public parking lot right next door. Great place for ice cream lots of flavors. I've been to all the ice cream places in Wellfleet multiple times. If I had to rank the top three I would put Emacks at #2 Pj's at #3 and Gelato Joy at #1 because they are the only one to make theirs in house and daily from what i understand.I would not hesitate to go to any of the 3.

Made with chocolate ice cream AND chocolate syrup, these technicians also carefully turn every shake while it’s in the machine, to ensure the ice cream gets fully integrated into the shake.The sundaes are also excellent, with generous applications of delicious homemade whipped cream.Please never change.
