“I went to Freeman’s for the first time on Monday - had the Pappardelle with braised beef short rib ragout, along with the Dark Chocolate Crémeux for dessert. Fantastic on all counts. And I just went again on Saturday night and had the Filet Mignon and Almond cake dessert. The filet was just outstanding, and the almond cake dessert was a perfect complement along with a glass of sparkling rosé that matched the warm almost summer day.

But far beyond the food was the service I received on both days. In both cases it was just exemplary. And on the Saturday I had my new friend Bruno as my server and wonderful host. His service was just impeccable, his attention to detail outstanding, and he left nothing to chance, taking care of me with the greatest care and kindness. Bruno is an exceptional example of amazing service, and Freeman’s is incredibly fortunate to have him. Thank you for a fabulous evening, Bruno. And thank you for the pictures and memories!”

“We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Pepe’s Wharf! The food was fantastic—I ordered the steak tips, and they were cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious.

What truly made our visit exceptional, though, was the outstanding service from Maya and Kylie. They were warm, attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. They checked in at just the right times, made sure everything was perfect, and went above and beyond to create a great dining experience.

“This was a very quaint intimate spot to grab some great seafood.
There was a huge backyard patio, but we ate in the front inside as it was a bit windy outside.
I had the chowder and warm butter lobster roll, though expensive, it was absolutely delicious 😋
The staff were super friendly and even gave my daughter a toy shark from the oyster display.”

“If I could give them 15 Stars I would. The most delicious & freshest cakes you will ever have. The owner also couldn't be nicer went above & beyond for us. LOVE these cupcakes and the people. Glad it's a 30 min drive so we can't be there daily, but we will be there as much as possible.”

I got the cumin lamb ragu and the pizza fritta which were both phenomenal but i believe they have a rotating menu so not sure if it’ll be back again but im sure everything else is delicious.”

We were warmly greeted by a friendly bar keep, seated by a welcoming, accommodating host and our server was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly as well. The food, THE FOOD... AMAZING! Best coconut shrimp EVER! Delicious grilled chicken sandwich with the best sweet potato fries I've ever had. My husband had the Alley Club sandwich with handcut fries and he raved about all of it! Don't walk by this wonderful spot... it's well worth your time and hard earned money.”

“If you are looking for a dive bar w friendly service this is your place. Cash only right in the heart of Ptown. Very nostalgic, dark wood lots of pictures and memorabilia. They do not offer food and limited snacks at the bar. We drank beer PBR and Narragansett but they had full bar to choose from. You could walk right by and not realize it s open, as from door is a storm door w no door knob and a sign that says”Yup, we are open”. Adds to the mystique of the place!”

“Great service, allergy was accommodated well, food was decent. Food is a tad mediocre for the price, but I think it the Provincetown area/atmosphere you pay for. Seating was plentiful. Restroom is small and not sure if handicap accessibile.”

“We ate the most delicious meal of this trip. I had the seafood cassoulet. It had lots of seafood (huge shrimp, plenty of scallops and lobster) baked to perfection. The staff was super friendly the hostess even remembered our name from when we made our in person reservation. It’s beautiful outside and inside. It’s very cozy inside and they also have a beautiful outdoor patio seating amongst star lights. Just follow the rainbow arch.”

“A wonderful quaint Italian restaurant. Every staff member was beyond delightful and made the experience that much better.

The food was unbelievable. I got the linguine with clams with the white sauce. They did not skimp on the clams, had to be a dozen or more shells plus tons more in the pasta. The broth was to DIE for. I started dipping the complimentary bread into the broth and eating it.

I got a cranberry margarita which was a great summer cocktail that was balanced perfectly but was effective in its task!

At the end they do take a cash donation for the Provincetown Food Kitchen if anyone wants, they did not pressure us at all. It was a great gesture and they let the table sign a plate that gets put up on their wall!

“Did not have food but it looked good. A guy next to us ordered something with shrimp, chicken and broccoli and it wasn't a curry but I think it was some sort of stir-fried dish. We had the pomegranate martinis and I had what was one of the best chocolate raspberry martinis I've ever had. It is pricey but worth a stop by to have a martini. The bar seating area is small but people will talk to you. A restaurant and cocktail tables are attached though.”

“Without a doubt the BEST lobster rolls we’ve ever had. You’re offered a choice of rolls made with mayo or hot butter. We chose the latter. They add just a little seasoning to the hot butter and it complements the fresh lobster beautifully! A lobster roll with flavor! A revelation! Excellent quality fresh seafood as well in a spotless market. Clam chowder and Portuguese kale soup were also outstanding. The woman working the counter was a gem 🙂. Excellent!”

It was a little chilly sitting on the patio but it was nice & hot! Exactly the way I like it!!! Also had the fish & chips & also very good! Had the pretzel sticks to start and very good! Grab a table out back! You won’t be disappointed!”
