Thumbs up for food, service, and atmosphere. We were seated immediately on a holiday weekend for dinner, and the food came out within 15 minutes. I ordered the baked stuffed scrod; yum!
We have been going to Provincetown for many years. The Mayflower is one restaurant that always provides excellent meals. We were there for 3 lunches and 4 dinners in the past two weeks. The food is amazing. We have yet to find a dish that wasn't fabulous.Not only was the food great but we got to meet the very personal owner and had two excellent servers: Mathias and Eme!! We had dinner the night before the closed for the season, so there were many items not available. But we ended up with Chicken Croquettes (which were exceptional!!)and the spaghetti bolognaise (very good)Service was wonderful and the vibe is townie and tourist friendly.
