New American Restaurants in Provincetown, MA

“Last night my friend Scott and I had the pleasure of eating here for my first time. Scott (and everyone) had hyped this place up forever to me and I thought for sure it couldn’t be as good as everyone had been asserting. It was better. The vibe from the moment you entree is so “not Ptown.” You feel transported to somewhere else…into something else that’s elevated and hip. The music really set the tone. The food.. just.. I mean how do you make CHICKEN stand out above the rest as they have some here? And the service… Bruno was always aware of where our table was at and what we needed at any given moment. He truly made the evening’s dining experience MOST exceptional. Freeman’s is exactly what Provincetown did not know it needed.

“Wanted to try this gem for a while, after local recommendations. Cannot say enough good things about this place. Phenomenal menu, had the baked stuff shrimp and it was the first time in many, many years that a meal was delivered to our table and was “hot” the entire time and we even sat outside. My husband had the veal chop and it was out of this world. The dessert I had was the lemon cake and was sweet and delicious!! My husband had the chocolate mousse and we were wowed again!!! The ambience was wonderful and our lovely waiter was very sweet and thoughtful.“

“definitely in my top restaurants in ptown. ordered light with a chicken parm and pasta faglio. both were amazing. the chicken was thin and the sauce had great flavor. the soup was exactly what i wanted on a cooler night. the food was quality and the restaurant was cute.“

“The location is a little bit unusual, not being on commercial Street in Provincetown… But it sits with a gorgeous view of the lit Pilgrim monument. A Victorian Inn with fireplaces and beautiful furnishings… The restaurant provides interior seating in a cozy Victorian dining room and closed porch seating all glass with beautiful views and a large outdoor patio with beautiful flowers and fireplaces. The menu is varied with plenty of vegetarian ,fish ,meat and poultry dishes. The service is friendly and professional. And the price is certainly within range for this kind of service… If not, perhaps a little bit of a bargain. I highly recommend visit here for dinner!“

“We almost didn’t order the lobster roll due to comments on here. Ours was overflowing with lobster! The guys working were super nice and the aqua bar had a great view and great service. I added a pic for reference. We got the lobster roll with butter. The clam chowder was fantastic as well!!“
