Servers are so bad. Rude and inattentive. Food was descent but the wait staff ruined it for us. Won't return.
Have loved Provincetown Mac’s for years. Always had great food and service. Went this past weekend and sat at the bar to watch the US Open. Bartender had total “too good to wait on you” attitude. She brought more little necks than we ordered. Once we got her attention and told her of the error, she took the platter from in front of us and put them back on the raw bar without using a utensil or gloves. Our dining experience tonight was mediocre at best. Not the worst dining experience, but the 4.5 rating is a little too generous from our perspective.

Mac's Fish House Provincetown offers an inviting atmosphere and delectable seafood dishes. The menu features a variety of options, including Grenades, cod cheeks, Bermuda fish soup, and yellowfin sashimi. Lobster and octopus are highly recommended. While some found the Crab Lumache portion to be small for the price, the gluten-free jumbo shrimp was a hit. The restaurant is known for its commitment to fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, and the service is generally polite and attentive. Many customers praise their fish and chips as the best they have ever had, with light, perfectly cooked batter that is not greasy. The broiled cod is also highly appreciated for its tenderness, flavor, and well-seasoned, flaky texture, served with rice and fresh vegetables. The staff provides friendly and efficient service, creating a welcoming environment. Overall, Mac's Fish House Provincetown remains a popular destination for those seeking a casual yet high-quality dining experience on the Cape.
