Sea Bird Cantina & Paesans Pizzeria is a very casual restaurant in Wellfleet with a moderate upscale flair. The decor is comfortable and sophisticated, with a simple but classy theme. The bar area is lively and separate from the restaurant seating. The menu is expansive, featuring TexMex staples, Pizza, Smash Burgers and more. Everything is made fresh and delicious. The tricolored nachos and pico de gallo are fresh with just the right amount of zing. The Buffalo Wings are excellent, very meaty with a perfect tang. The Classic Smash Burger is spot on in size with plenty of toppings. There is a whole list of signature tacos and a “make any taco” option. For those with gluten allergies or dairy allergies, there are both GF options and vegan options. The pizza has a very tasty and light crust with slightly sweet sauce. The service is nothing short of excellent, with attentive and prompt staff. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy, with music loud enough to hear but low enough for conversation. This is an excellent choice for couples, families, and customers who like to dine at the bar.
