Very big menu! It was hard to decide what to order but I ended up with the eggs Benedict. The portion was great for a late breakfast. The hash browns had great flavor as well. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try if you haven’t!
Okay; there was a time when a diner was the best - or only - way to have dinner out. After World War II. That's what my parents always wanted, when they had enough money to eat out. Bluebonnet does two things; brings you back to a bygone era, yet is quite up-to-date in its offerings and atmospehere. And never so expensive that you feel like you had to earn extra. Just to go out to a diner like Bluebonnets. And enjoy.
Basic diner food. Servers were attentive and kept our waters full after a bike ride on the rail trail.
The restroom was nice and clean. There is a bar room off one side and another dining room off the other.
