I don’t often write reviews. I decided to visit the drive thru during rush hour and it was well managed. Just wanted to shout-out Gabriel at the window - for such a small interaction, you made my day! Thank you for being an awesome person.
They were very understaffed but let me know through the drive-thru that it would take a little bit longer, I appreciated them letting me know and did not mind the wait they thanked me for my patience and it was a great experience.

I always order my Burger King food on my app. Today I ordered when I was in Northampton and the App placed my order in Sturbridge mass. I tried to cancel it on the app and could not. I went into the store in NorthHampton and the manager Hector was amazing. He said to call the store in Sturbridge and cancel the order and I will make it for you here.
