“Once a week I get to visit the Little Truc and it is always one of the highlights. The ambience of the restaurant is quite delightful, it’s a nice relaxed setting that makes it very easy to enjoy a meal. Over my times there, I believe I’ve tried every menu on the drink and all of them have been fantastic. The Sophia‘s sour is one of the best adult beverages I’ve had. The passion fruit meshes perfectly with the Mezcal. The food. The food. My goodness there are no words that could do justice to how incredible the flavors are. The menu has come constant dishes, the milk bread is a favorite of anyone I’ve brought, but keep the menu very fresh with lots of new choices. Their current special of pad horapa neua gae is quite possibly the best dish in the world. Their current special texture of the lamb is balanced by a spice that is the definition of perfection. It’s a spice that’ll build slowly and just right. I’ll order this dish once a week until they take it off their menu. This is the best restaurant in Western Massachusetts, and so far, in the entire state.“

“Cattle & Cornbread catered our Jack & Jill for us and we were blown away at the service and quality of the food. From the very beginning Steve was extremely easy to work with. We were able to share our vision with him and he made it come to life. He made the most incredible charcuterie spread as an appetizer to start and the rest of the dinner was cooked to perfection.
