The deck was an underwhelming experience, I went with a few friends for drinks and appetizers. My friend got a lemon drop martini that tasted like it had no alcohol which was shocking considering it was supposed to be a martini, I ordered the steak house poutine and it was burnt to a crisp, the French fries were so dry they were hollow, there was one piece of burnt meat on top, and the cheese was a plastic like texture from being burnt. I had 4 fries before giving up. With our two cocktail and burnt fries our billing totaled to $43.

Very good food and service
Do not order the Margherita pizza unless you’re expecting a flat bread with no sauce. I’ve gone to The Deck in the past and have had some fun experiences, but it hasn’t been the same in years. I’ll leave my fond memories of this place in the past, along with their definition of pizza.

Brittni was absolutely incredible! It was my first time at The Deck and I will be back just to see Brittni, she was that good! Oysters were great and so were the cocktails but she was the star of the show!

would not even call the dish that I received poutine. A pile of french fries with some melted cheese and a few tiny sprinkles of beef. In our party, a burger was ordered medium and came out completely pink barely seared on the edges. And another member of our party ordered a salad which came out without the avocado as stated in the menu. Will not ever eat here again. This is on top of the fact that the food took 55 minutes to arrive.
Great atmosphere, drinks, and service. Spent a Friday afternoon watching the bikers and walkers on the trail. Definitely recommend the burger. Cooked to perfection. No complaints.

My girlfriend and I came to The Deck this past week to enjoy some drinks and appetizers. The environment was lovely, and we enjoyed an awesome charcuterie plate. All was well until we ordered a second round of drinks, which mine was not made correctly, and honestly tasted awful. When I brought this to our bartender Emma’s attention, I was met with extreme rudeness and hostility. She refused to correct my drink, and proceeded to work with an attitude that made myself and other customers very uncomfortable. As someone with years of experience behind the bar, I would never even think of treating guests in this manner. We think the Deck is a great environment and hope to have a better dining experience next time!
Stay away if you're allergic to bees. This place has yellow jackets swarming all over the soda guns, and syrups. I mean all over everything.
Friend and I heard the music. Thought we'd check it out. Ordered a dessert. Menu stated $8.00. Got the bill: $13.95. Um...excuse me? Waitress said the menus had not benn updated. Tourists beware...or, avoid.

The lovely server brought a bowl of water out to where we were sitting for our dog. We ended up moving to seats at the outdoor bar, stayed dry through a thunderstorm, and the atmosphere was great. Music wasn't too loud and you could have a conversation.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp up to the outdoor deck. There are two small steps up to the bathrooms, but there is a ramp to the employee entrance, so they may allow that to be used. Call to confirm bathroom accessibility if needed.

I love The Deck but they’ve changed something from last summer that I feel are unfortunate. They used to have fish tacos but no more. They added raw bar but there is no real cooked seafood anymore. This means my wife can’t get real meal anymore.
This has reduced the number of visits we make and I really miss hanging out there.

Could not recommend this place more. If you are a fan of their other locations (the restaurant and tunnel bar) and are more in the mood for a laid-back dining environment, this is such a great choice. The waitress was wonderful checking with the kitchen to make sure there were gluten free accommodations that could be made for the girls with celiac in our group. The drinks were incredible (and quite strong). The food was also very tasty, the parmesan fries are a must.

Took a rural hike on the rail trail then had a meal at the deck bar. The server was very organized and friendly. We were a large crowd with separate checks and she handled us like a pro! I had the beet salad with goat cheese- so delicious! Prices were reasonable- with an adult beverage my bill was under $40-( not including tip; which as a server, I'm very generous!) We had outside seating and there was a soothing breeze. The whole afternoon was perfect! There was plenty of parking but there is a fee to park-many park here for lots of activities. I will definitely come back for another visit!
