He was very responsive, answered all of our questions and was there from our initial inquiry email till the day of the event. Last night was our wedding at union station and it was amazing. I barely had to lift a finger and most things were included. Niel really works hard and makes sure it’s the day you want! Robert also treated my husband and I like we were kings and queens whether he was making sure we had our drink orders and snacks and truly made the day a five star experience. What a day to remember
