The food and drinks were Dunkin’ typical, but it may have been the slowest Dunkin’ drive thru line I’ve ever been in. It wasn’t too long, but took ages. I’ve had this issue at this Dunkin’ before, so this was not one time thing.

Went through the drive-thru and the young gentleman that was at the window was absolutely fabulous! We shared a comment on how nobody ever pronounces our names correctly. And chatted for a minute! I was having such a bad day and he made my day

Mostly good service, majority of workers there are good, but there was this older lady, red hair, shorter, who was snippy with me and a little rude for no reason. She was rather rude when speaking to me when she really didn’t need to be. I was not about to start a conflict over coffee, but I wish I caught her name because you should treat people with respect. Needless to say I was a little upset after the way she spoke to me. She yelled at me when I ordered one of the new menu...
