I go to this DD every morning the lady at the drive thru is very pleasant even at 4 30 am. has my order ready even before I get up to the window.
the men & women at this Dunks are some of the best! I am here most mornings. They know my order, they're efficient, & it's always service with a smile!!
I had such a great experience at Dunkin! The customer service was excellent, and the workers were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to be there. You can really feel the positive and happy environment as soon as you walk in.
The service was fast, the staff was attentive, and everyone had a great attitude. It honestly feels like there has been a really positive change here — it must be under new management because the difference is noticeable!
