Alex perfects my order every single time I stop by. Not only does he ensure that I have the highest quality coffee, he provides marvelous service. If every worker at Dunkin internationally was like Alex, Starbucks would go out of business.
Restrooms are locked, cool i understand that and i have no problem with that, what i do have a problem is that i wasted 10 minutes of my morning waiting for it to be "vacant" coz there was no signage whatsoever to let customers know they need to ask for restroom permission...

Routinely, being only one of two locations in Norton, and being directly off the highway; the location gets random individuals from flowing traffic, morning rushes, and afternoon rushes alike, mixed in with the people that work in the early morning and regulars.
