It was son's birthday so I decided to take him to a restaurant that I had attended a few years ago, Sabitino's Trattoria. I was greeted by a friendly hostess. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. The waitress was friendly but the food came out luke warm. We waited an hour for our food. When the bill came it was $98.00 for two dinners and one non-alcoholic beverage. I was charged an extra meal for requesting pasta with the veal. The price was outrageous. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant unless you have money to throw away.

Hands down the best Italian food in Massachusetts! Rico and his family did an absolutely amazing job — everything from the food to the atmosphere was top-notch. You can really taste the authenticity in every bite, and it’s no surprise since they’re straight from Italy. They make you feel like you’ve stepped right into a little slice of Italy, with warm hospitality and unforgettable flavors.

We came all the way from Florida and it was 100% worth the trip. If you’re anywhere near the area, this is a must-visit. Can’t wait to come back!

Very noisy, the booth benches are too far away from the tables. Our server was very good.

I'm only giving 3 stars, not because the quality of food, but because the service and the time it took to get our food.We had 7 pm reservation for 4 people and did not leave till 9:40..It was not because we were sitting chatting, and sipping after dinner drinks!!! It took over an hr just to get the food and never once did our server acknowledge that we were waiting for such a long time. The restaurant was not busy ,nor the bar.
I have eaten here once before, and the food was very good then,as it was last night also. However, I don't think I will be going back. There are many great Italian restaurants in our area, with much better service .

Everything on the menu is unavailable. Don’t come here expecting to eat. They don’t have tomatoes for salad, they don’t have gluten free pasta. The bread they serve the table is cold and stale and crumbly. Place is dead on a Saturday night. Disappointed to say the least. The waitress swindled me into ordering a side thinking my meal came with a side to find out my meal was $24 plus $7 for a side. This is a ridiculous price. The chicken was disgusting. It had no flavor. Rubber like. My husband ordered chicken parm and was served veal. SHOCKING. Terrible service took over 45 minutes for food and left with empty wine glasses the entire time. Why list tomatoes and gluten free pasta on your menu if you don’t offer them ?? I was told they only have tomatoes in the summer ? Glad we paid $117 to leave hungry. Over priced. Poor service. Terrible flavor. Dead empty restaurant on a Saturday night. Do yourself a favor and avoid it all costs. How an Italian restaurant can’t even serve fresh warm bread when you buy it a grocery store for $4 is beyond me. They are not kid friendly either. No changing table, zero kids menu, no French fries, any simple accommodating family items. Yet they say they are a family restaurant. YIKES not a place for a family dinner like their website advertises by any means.

If you were to describe Sabatino's with one word, it would be "disfunctional". The restaurant behaves as if no one wants you there. We felt as if we were imposing for simply wanting to order a meal. The hostess will not notice you for about ten minutes, the waitresses all circulate together and gossip while getting your order wrong, and the kitchen will take over an hour to bring out three dishes. Silver lining: the food was okay (but still very pricey).

I’ve seen all the reviews anyone who rated it under 4 stars is salty and picky as hell, literally the best food I’ve eaten, I’m a fat Irish dude!!!! Only thing I won’t get again is the meatballs, they were great just not on the same level as literally everything else. You have to check this place out!!!

Bartender was very condescending and could care less that our experience was awful. Beer lines were gross and unfit for human consumption. My buddy had a hair in his food and I didn't even eat mine because it was so bland. Not once did anyone ask if there was anything to make our experience better, easily my worst dining experience
