I should have listened to my gut when we parked in the back of the building in the parking lot that is unpaved and riddled with dips and erosion and is PITCH BLACK. No light for safety--first sign that the customer is not a priority. Upon sitting, it took 15 mins to be acknowledged as we found out later, the hostess never assigned the table to a waitress. There was also not enough waitstaff. The appetizer took 45 mins to arrive. We ordered the fried mozzarella and it was crispy but bland. The entrees took another 15 mins to arrive by which point we were over waiting. My husband's $40 steak was burned on the outside and dry. The mashed potatoes were bland. The chicken Parmesan was soggy and the pasta was drowning in watery sauce. The one saving grace was the waitress Christie who was pleasant and engaging. We we shared these concerns with her and she was professional--taking responsibility for the kitchen and offered to remake food. We declined as waiting any longer was too much. This was our first and last time.

They have a real chef here! I got the chicken piccata. The chicken was cooked sous vide and was cooked perfectly. Could never do that at home and isn't that the point? You want to be served what you can't make at home. This place is a winner!

Food is always exceptional, and servers are friendly and prompt. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu, but the specials are also a nice option. The new market items are great too.

Food was horrible. Ordered the chicken picatta didn't come with any starch. Just 3 chicken tenders in a lemon sauce. Chicken was close to being not cooked. Also got the special, no flavor and fish was rubbery. Worst meal I've had in a long time.

Went with my mom and everything was delicious! Good portion sizes and the food came out quick! Our server was super nice and on point! The arancini were crispy and delightful. I had the braised beef ravioli and my mom got the frutti di mare risotto. I dream about the Nutella creme brulee! Would definitely go back again!

Tonight my husband and myself went to this restaurant for dinner. It’s a Saturday night and the place was not busy at all. Our waitress was mediocre at best. My husband and I both ordered the Marsala which we then found out that the dish did not come with ANY side. The waitress did ask if we wanted to add a side pasta, which wasn’t listed on the menu so we did not know the price. When our dinner came with the side of pasta, there wasn’t even a fist size of pasta. We did eat our dinner, which was actually good. When the check came, we saw that we were both charged another $5.00 each for the pasta. Then when my husband asked for the manager she proceeded to make us feel it was our fault. She kept raising her voice and embarrassing herself and us. And, BTW, another of our favorite restaurants sells the same meal (which includes the pasta) for $9 less. It’s too bad but we won’t be going back.

It was better when it first opened. Bring back the pizza and fire up the oven. Seems like owner/ employees are tired of running this place.
Went here a while ago and got their pizza and a pasta dish, it was very tasty. Kind of pricy imo, and nice atmosphere. Great service!

Service was wonderful. Food was just not my thing. Thought the pasta was too thick, the tortellini soup could use more flavor. Meal choices had heavy rich sauces, not my thing. For the prices didn't want to try something I wouldn't eat.

Where do I start? I don't think I have ever experienced such poor service, bad, uncooked food, and a 1 1/2 hour wait just to be served a cold calamari as an appetizer, the mains took even longer. I think sadly this says it all. The worst experience ver, all around.

We sat at table 6;30, but the food was served at 8:10. During we are waiting only one time the server said about the food delay. We are so upset, The server never said sorry for the delay and hadn't any service even if we said the dinner is our special day, and they charged our refueling drinks ( not alcohol) the drinks. When we leave the restaurant, most of the customers are gone. the food is fine but unfortunately, the steak was already started cold. We loved the restaurant. but we never use this restaurant anymore.
