We have had amazing pizzas from here. Saturday we ordered a Sporkie via door dash. 1 large pizza cost us $35.. No problem.. asked for it well done…. What a disappointment. I wish I took a picture. Take-out order: Pizza crust was undercooked. Not the brick oven experience of the past. The small Margerita pizza was basically a kid size pizza (cheese and sauce)for $18.00. Outrageously priced. The Roasted Tuscan vegetables were good, gratefully. Definitely not the quality that Bertucci used to be. Will not be back. Norwood has lots of pizza places to choose from.

Russell was amazing! We had a bad experience at a different location before we got to Norwood today and Russell restored our faith! He was quick and attentive. The food was delicious! Thank you Russell for a great experience. Bertucci’s you’re lucky to have staff like Russell!!!

I went for lunch. (Take -out) We got the chicken picarta, baked salmon and a gourmet pizza. All were excellent. The thing that was above and beyond, we asked for paper menus to take home. They didn't have any. It's all online he said. The home owner we requested it for is not computer savvy. When the food was ready, the worker said he talked to the manager, he said we could take the laminated lunch and dinner menus. Cheers

My friend and I love Bertucci in norwood. Pam was our bartender and server. Excellent customer service, checked in on us and we have had her multiple times outstanding . General manager was also very pleasant and professional. Great food, and sixes were outstanding thank you!

Met a friend for lunch and had the best server, Russell. He goes above and beyond and has the best personality. The restaurant is clean and food is fantastic. Again, best service we have had in a long time. Highly recommends
