“Heard about this burger joint...AND I wasn't disappointed, in fact it will probably take me a few months to eat my way through their eclectic menu and no doubt I'll enjoy the ride. Burger was excellent, but the caveat was the cole slaw, NOT your store bought or KFC, this was truly a chef Michelin rated green/purple slaw with an incredible dressing. To top it off, you have to eat the fries.... I didn't ask, but they seemed to be riced then fried...5*****”

“It was a really cute place and we checked it out as an alternative to waiting for when we go to Quincy. We got two donuts quite late, but they didn't taste stale at all and were still flaky and delicious. We also got some cake which was absolutely amazing and I will think about it for the rest of the week until I cave and go again. We got dessert Boba, also good. They also have like Asian snacks and toys as well as claw machines my daughter loved, app reasonably priced. It seems a family owned place and everyone who helped us was kind and patient, especially with my indecisive toddler. Definitely will be going again and encourage others to give it a try!”

“5 STAR TREATMENT!!! We had my husbands surprise birthday party there last night for 40 guests and it went off without a hitch! Jim the manager went out of his way to check all the little details that make an event special from custom menus to an easel for a sign. The waitstaff was wonderful and accommodating! The food was wonderful and the room was comfortable! Nobody left the party early!!! Thank you Olivadi!”

“Castle Island is really a rare breed for brewery tap rooms. If you like good beer (several non alcoholic beer options too), low key relaxed regular people crowd, pleasant servers, and good bar pizza this is the place. Has a nice indoor and outdoor space.”

Take out or causal dine in. No Uber or door dash I believe. Food charged by the pound. Buffet style. Wide variety of different unique meats but overall not high quality meats. Sides high average.”

“I have a complaint to be made, the chef Orlin Garcia himself, who works at the establishment, said that Mr. Carlos, the owner of Mak's.the kitchen is very dirty, there are a lot of rats, if basic sanitation is improved there, people will run the risk of catching leptospirosis, the snacks are very tasty and very dirty. Max Orlim Garcia's cook brought me a snack, my son-in-law said don't eat it because Mr. Carlos, the owner of the pizzeria, uses leftover food from other people at the table or what's left over As I said, Americans drool with desire for this burger, even though it's leftovers from other tables. He's a dirty and disgusting person, and Orlim himself helps to remake the burgers.”

They are friendly, upbeat and detail oriented for sure. Today I ordered a small pizza and fries and was surprised to be handed 2 pizzas when I got there because one, "was a little overcooked" (which was also delicious per a coworker 😂). They never forget to add some ranch to my order even when I forget to order it lol. I know it's just lunch, but my 1A lunch days are ALWAYS the best!”

But if I am being honest, the REAL reason I love Taso’s is because Kristina made my son feel at ease. She took extra time with him, on his first visit there . Daniel gave it a 10/10 rating!!! I also asked for the Thai green curry to be mild and they did that too. My partner had sweet and sour chicken (not gf) and also really enjoyed it. I would recommend to everyone for a great meal.”

“I got an ahi tuna and salmon bowl with cucumber and pineapple. I really liked the toppings - imitation crab salad and seaweed salad along with roe, the roe being the only extra charge. There was too much sauce on top for me personally so I will request it on the side next time. I’m hoping the add mango to the menu of options! Every time I order for pickup it’s ready super fast. It would be great if you could order the boba that way too (Loose Leaf Boba Brewing is located inside Pokemoto at the back wall).”

We love that the pepperoni is covered in extra cheese but it’s still crispy, thin and not greasy. We get this for every birthday party. They deliver to Walpole and are always exactly on time and still hot.”
