“I ordered takeout from Mike & Patty’s and had the Baller Breakfast Sandwich. It was absolutely delicious! The bacon was perfectly crispy, the English muffin was soft and fluffy, and everything tasted fresh. It genuinely made me happy. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“I was getting some work done on my car nearby and needed to kill a half hour or so. Kind of hidden/not super noticable from the outside, very cute pharmacy counter inside with a lot of cheap breakfast options. They are cash only (there's an ATM, $2 fee at time of posting).
I just got scrambled eggs with bacon and toast, SUPER reasonably priced, mostly older folks were there, eating and chatting or playing Keno.
The other patrons and the staff were all super chatty and kind. I honestly had a delightful time, if I lived closer I'd find excuses to come by all the time, great vibes.“

“This was my first time at Scram and I ordered the American burrito w/ bacon & an iced vanilla haze breve. The burrito was delicious with the fluffy eggs and crispy bacon. The Scram sauce was 🤌🏼. As if it couldn’t get any better…my coffee was superb. This place is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I live about 45 mins away but I will be a regular here.“

“It was over fifty years ago. I was a young boy and the Silver Slipper was run by a large, very lovely woman named Mary (Long gone, now.) I don't know who runs it now but I always went in for the hot dogs. They had the best hot dogs ever. It was another era.“

“Best place for breakfast. Food delicious and service is outstanding. All the staff are super friendly, sweet and helpful. Can't say enough about how great this place is. I guess that's why I go every weekend for breakfast.“
“I have been going to Maryann's for a while. Its a local breakfast and lunch place. All the food is cooked to order by Bob the Owner. I usually go for Breakfast but Lunch items are available as well. It is usually a 1 person operation except for Saturdays when Georgia usually works as a Server. Coffee is freshly brewed and very tasty. it is cash only but the gas station across the road has an ATM. Give them a try.“

“While I cannot discuss the atmosphere because I had the food delivered from Uber Eats. But I can tell you, this food is so delicious. Prepared with very good ingredients. I got both the almond and I got a Turkey sandwich, piled high with really good homemade. I could tell it was homemade.

On rye bread it was delicious. I got hollandaise sauce for the omelet.It was incredibly good. . When I had called to have the people adjust my order to accommodate me with low sodium and a couple changes to what I wanted. They were very, very nice.
As well. Just for the food alone I would recommend this incredible restaurant for breakfast and or for lunch. I've been in the restaurant advertising and promotion business. A long long time, I am 74 years old.
And I know this is just my opinion.But it's a really good place“

“The BYO lox bagel. Btw not an issue at all that the toppings were on the side. It was 10/10 the best I’ve ever had. Came with the right amount of everything so if you wanted more or less, it was up to you. Ofc onion, tomato and capers. Suggest with jalapeño cheddar and scallion CC. Cant wait to show my sister this place. I know she’d love it too.“

“When I lived in Dorchester, I could hardly believe how old this is. Build 84 years before this became a country outstanding! There are a lot of historical buildings in Boston, they are a must-see when you visit. Just try to street clear of the Mass ave nonsense.“

“Great family owned community institution. 30 years old and a part of the fabric of the neighbourhood. Friendly owners/staff, quick service and fresh food. I highly recommend this restaurant for an authentic local experience and a good meal.“
