Lucky I gave this place one star only because they got the dinner for four right. 3 single dinners ordered as well called in order and said 15 minutes. It was there when arrived in ten minutes all 3 single meals were wrong sides. Dried up corn bread and the prime rib was tough as nails. Usually a go to standard in our house once a month and everyone enjoys a meal not today!Today 60.00$ got us nothing and when called back to complain no explanation and no desire to make it right. Well, off the list for Sunday football evenings with family. I am done with people who don't care about the name they represent and the customer is always wrong.

We normally order chocolate cake and I'm the past they have sent carrot cake through Uber eats in its place. We've let it slide for a few times and end up throwing it away. Tonight we decided to not accept the carrot cake and wanted a refund instead. It was $20. When I called to ask for a refund they said they wouldn't and to throw it away. The girl told me there wasn't a manager to speak to tonight. She told me chocolate cake would be in on Monday and I insisted I do not want it Monday I want it tonight again she would not except any excuses she would not refund the money or take the carrot cake back but again to throw it away. I will Not only go back I will tell everybody I know not to go there.

Rudest workers I have ever encountered

For the life of me, I just can't seem to get my green beans to come out the same way. And their mac and cheese is excellent, too. Staff here are very friendly and helpful, good place to take the kids or grandkids. My wife loves their potpies. Good solid food at a good price.

Waited forever for service. Their was only two people ahead of me and it took 15 minutes to be served. I had chicken pot pie which was disgusting. Very dry! I had to wait another 5 minutes to get gravy to get it down. HQ needs to reevaluate their pies. I told my husband and he said he knew because he had one of your pies before at a different Boston Market. Also, the place was dirty and sticky around the soda and condiment stations. Huge disappointment!!

Awesome chicken. My wife loves the gluten free menu. Very freindly staff.

Chicken was not as good as it was in the past. Service seems progressively annoyed with having to serve customers. Used to be better.

Got food from here tonight... probably the last time I come here. The place was filthy, dishes and food overflowing on the counter. As I pulled up I watched through the window as an employee spit on the floor by the soda area. I'm so grossed out, if the front of the house looks like this, I can only imagine what the back looks like. 4 employees working and only spoke creole very loudly, I was asked a question and I had to ask 3 times for them to repeat it. The woman behind the counter who spit on the floor was dancing then told me she was "sexy". Worst experience ever.

I love their turkey! The chicken is excellent too! The veggies are very good. Their corn bread is fresh and very tasty.

The 3 piece dark w/mashed potatoes, gravy, & corn of the cob. It was yummy, but their chickens are sooo small. Chicken Pot Pie, disappointed ... shredded, dry white meat (dark meat would help), very few carrots & very few peas, should be green beans. Chicken coated in gravy, but that was about all ... where did the gravy go???

Their customer service is terrible. They're incredibly rude. I made an order through DoorDash, according to them I never paid. Have proof and my receipt and it was taken out of my account. They still refused to take my order, but they sure as hell took my money. They won't let me speak to their manager. Please go to a different Boston market, not to the one in Norwood. They have terrible people skills.

Like a home-cooked meal, but fast. They have fish (cod) on Fridays in Lent.
