The woman who works there is entitled and rude. She is not helpful what so ever or friendly. I went in there looking for my sisters debit card and I was met with the most unkind and disrespectful service I have ever received. There was nobody in the store except for me. There was no sense of concern and when I told her that they called my sister and told her they had it, she was incredibly condescending and looked at me like I was an idiot.She responded and said, “sorry looks like someone must have stole it if it isn’t here, tell her I am so sorry she is sure that we have it but we don’t.” Very unprofessional for a full time worker or whatever she is to be acting like.

Left my debit card here and they withheld it from me stating they did not have it when they indeed did!! I had to call the police to go to the cafe and retrieve MY property. The owner is so kind, but her employees? Zero customer service skills, absolutely rude, and lying to customers?! Do not leave anything behind here, accidents happen but they apparently don’t care. Very disappointed as this used to be a favorite place. :( Just want to make people aware.

Came to the place a few days ago.. it was amazing. I ordered an egg sandwich with bacon and cheese and it was mighty delicious!! the bagels were very warm and fresh and I love the setting its very old school/modern which is something I like for a cafe. The staff as well were very friendly!!! Definitely coming again

Cafe fresh bagel is a local treasure. You want an egg and cheese bagel sandwich? The egg is folded 3 times. Absolutely fantastic. There are very few places around norwood that you can get such a good breakfast so quickly.

I am a regular here and every time I walk through the door, I feel like I’m part of the family. The bagels are amazing and I love the bagel breakfast sandwiches. I’ve started to get to know the owner and you can tell she truly appreciates each of her customers. I highly recommend everything there and am happy to call Cafe Fresh Bagel in Norwood my favorite place to get breakfast.

The customer service was very good! Maybe it’s just because I am used to New York and New Jersey bagels, but the bagels sandwiches were a miss. I got a BEC and there was 1 piece of bacon and very little cheese. The bagels were big, but dry and tasteless.

Went here for the first time. I should’ve uploaded a new photo of the menu, as prices have changed. Bagels are $2 and breakfast sandwiches are $6. Not unreasonable, because the breakfast sandwich is the BEST I’ve had in the area. The sausage was a little spicier than I expected, but good. Cream cheese seems a little costly ($6+ for 8oz, which is enough for 4-6 bagels). I was really pleased to see they use fresh ingredients (bacon was cooking next to eggs on the flat top, not microwaved). The bagels and cream cheese were fantastic. Will definitely go back.
For being short handed, they handled it well. The wait wasn’t too bad and worth it for the quality of the food. Clearly they’re popular because at 10:30am on a weekday they were pretty busy. The parking lot isn’t massive, but I had zero issues finding a spot.
Parking: I believe there’s about 10 spots, plus a handicapped spot right by the door. So limited, but not bad.

A gem! Folks were so friendly and I got a very delicious veggie omelette wrap and iced coffee. Parking was so easy in their lot. It was easy to get a table to enjoy my food. I will be visiting again!

Small cafe but delicious bagels! I got a half dozen, and everyone enjoyed thoroughly.They also do breakfast and lunch sandwiches, and have flavors like asiago, salt, garlic, and spinach, as well as traditional flavors.A half dozen was $11 something.There is on street parking and a lot.

Best bagel ive had in mass. But what breakfast/bagel shop does not have breakfast sausage. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese and it came with hot italian saugage on it ?. Good bagel but unfortunetly wont be going
