This place is a gem! Fantastic bagels and killer sandwiches. I don't get out there as much as I'd like to. But I was in the neighborhood the other day and my sandwich was just as delicious as I remember them! Really nice staff too!

Basic bagel place with everything youd expect. Prices were very good. Very generous with the salmon my girl ordered. Bathroom clean. Lady who served us was very nice. Ill stop by here again next time I am in the area and want a bagel.

this place makes good Omlette and for 8 bucks it is almost 3 times the cost of Dunkin so on the expensive side.. The owner lady is very rude. This place reminded me of Soup Nazi in Seinfeld series. If you use the restroom, she is watching you like a hawk. I found it funny that she asked me from the kitchen if I locked the door behind after using it. Little crazy...lol

I love coming here especially on Sunday mornings when I don’t want to cook staff are so friendly and the food is amazing. I came here one day and they gave me extra bagels on the house just real nice and compassionate people here

I live in Norwood and after giving this place about 10 tries, I will be driving past this location and going to the Dedham location from now on. The lady that appears to be “running the show” is so rude to her coworkers and to her customers. Which I could look past if my order was made correctly, which it often is not. I used to go to the Dedham location all the time when I lived there, I can’t recall having any issues there. Maybe under new management I would come back, but until then they’ve lost my business and I’d recommend to anybody reading this to remove yours. BAD.

The bagels are good, service is sub par. They say open at 6 daily but more closer to 630. Unfriendly and rude at the counter

The woman who works there is entitled and rude. She is not helpful what so ever or friendly. I went in there looking for my sisters debit card and I was met with the most unkind and disrespectful service I have ever received. There was nobody in the store except for me. There was no sense of concern and when I told her that they called my sister and told her they had it, she was incredibly condescending and looked at me like I was an idiot.She responded and said, “sorry looks like someone must have stole it if it isn’t here, tell her I am so sorry she is sure that we have it but we don’t.” Very unprofessional for a full time worker or whatever she is to be acting like.

Left my debit card here and they withheld it from me stating they did not have it when they indeed did!! I had to call the police to go to the cafe and retrieve MY property. The owner is so kind, but her employees? Zero customer service skills, absolutely rude, and lying to customers?! Do not leave anything behind here, accidents happen but they apparently don’t care. Very disappointed as this used to be a favorite place. :( Just want to make people aware.

Came to the place a few days ago.. it was amazing. I ordered an egg sandwich with bacon and cheese and it was mighty delicious!! the bagels were very warm and fresh and I love the setting its very old school/modern which is something I like for a cafe. The staff as well were very friendly!!! Definitely coming again
