The food is decent, but chicken was not fresh. The burrito was pretty good and full of fixings. My son got the steak tacos and thought they were pretty tasty. The salad bowl was straight gas, tho! The kiddos abandoned their food for mine, so you know it was good. I'd tell you what I put in in but it's kinda a secret! Service and cleanliness are a clear concern. As soon as we walked in, we were confronted with overflowing trash receptacles. Then, when we were paying, they immediately looked at my wife for payment, and I was still ordering my bowl. I will pay for the food once our order is complete. Hey Chipotle, don't just ask whoever is in front of you for money and clean up the place!

Went to the Norwood store this afternoon and had yet another terrible experience. The physical space was filthy, wet, and simply gross. The front door is broken, meaning it automatically locks when it closes. People pull on the handle, bang on the window and the staff let them in and the door locks again. Lastly, and most importantly, the manager was incredibly nasty and unwilling to listen to the multiple people complaining about the wait time and quality of food being served. At one point he began to curse and tell people they’ll just have to wait.
This is completely unacceptable and will be the last time we go to this location. The CEO should be very concerned about the continued deterioration of the Brand!

I ordered 2 quesadillas from uber eats from this location. It came in a bowl container with none of the sides that i ordered. Both of them were also so poorly made they were falling apart. It was a mess. For paying $40 to get it delivered and have missing items and crappy presentation is so frustrating.

I had Chipotle in Dedham and it was so good and so well served that I decided to try the Norwood location. I was met with hesitation when asking for toppings and they gave me half the guac portion for the same cost. Also, the pinto beans were SO bland! Definitely will avoid this location in the future

It was a pretty mediocre experience compared to past greatness. The protein portions are small, okay in quality, and the toppings are also sparingly placed. Staff are friendly and service is good.

The people were nice and quick, however the place looks disgusting. I went in there 3 times, the last time I went I got food poisoning, and a really bad headache…1 week later a friend of mine went there and same thing happened with him getting food poisoning and headache, he has to miss work for 2 days.

Fast I ordered in my phone from the website. Talk about efficient these folks got the process down even when the guy in front of you is backing traffic up trying to decide? They had a crew member stepped in took over landed the plane and the gentleman left with the guacamole! Excellent choice I feel.
