Came for an after party after a baptism and our bartender Billy was incredible! Food was awesome, drinks were great, and Billy stayed on top of it the whole time and was so personable and engaged!

late Saturday night visit. Great waitress, very pheasant staff. perfect dark chocolate lava cake! very accommodating with seating choice as well. The salmon dinner was excellent and the salmon bowl looked really good across from me. both highly recommended. it was a really good experience all around.

Maddie, behind the Bar,was our Waitstaff person this afternoon @ the Norwood location. She was very attentive & knowledgeable about the menu & eager to take our orders. Drinks were served while we perused the choices & she gave us ample time to look while she attended to the Service Bar . House salad & Cape Cod Rueben were our choices & while we waited,my Wife struck up a conversation with Maddie. Very sociable & bright speaking about the restaurant & her employment as well . Lunches were served as well as another round of drinks. Food was excellent,best CC Reuben I've ever had . Kind of quiet for a windy,brisk Election day Tuesday;nevertheless Maddie made it quite enjoyable ! Needless to say,she is a Star employee & we will be back again !đ

Here for an event. Food was great and friendly staff who kept everything stocked well. Nice intimate private room for a smaller gathering. Only negatives, bathrooms could use a bit better signage, and the option for paper towels rather than the super loud air hand dryer. Otherwise a stellar experience and I look forward to dining there again!

Important preface: I have gotten takeout from Conradâs Norwood many times. The steak tip pizza was a staple for me and my husband. In the last 12 months I have also sat at their lovely bar and had a glass of wine while waiting for takeout and that was also a pleasant experience. Yesterday I had a new not so nice experience. Planned to sit for a drink at the bar while waiting for a takeout order again. My husband and I ordered drinks and handed our licenses over to the bartender. Checking my ID took around 5 minutes including using a flashlight and consulting with two other bartenders. I received my ID back and was asked if I had any other form of ID on me. When I was confused and said no whatâs wrong? I was informed that I just look âso youngâ and should âreally consider carrying multiple forms of IDâ when drinking out of state. Really? Is that really the case? There was no issue with this exact same ID when I was last there sitting at the bar with a glass of wine. They never had any issue with my husbands ID (also from the same state, he is ALSO YOUNGER THAN I AM but I guess if you have a beard that prevents bartenders from worrying about serving you for looking young). I have never had this issue anywhere else in Massachusetts - the state where I was at college during my 21st birthday and still had no issues with my out of state ID even when I was freshly of age. Iâm not sure what the bartenders issue was last night but she made sure to make our experience less than positive. I wouldnât be as upset about this if they hadnât previously accepted the SAME drivers license from me months ago. It wouldnât be so upsetting to have to go through this except for the fact that they ALWAYS accept my husbands ID and never give him any issue. So suffice it to say we wonât be back. And Iâd recommend Conradâs invest in the drivers license scanners that TSA and dispensaries use. It might prevent you from losing customers based on an employees less than accurate judgement.

Made a 5:30 pm reservation for 5 people for an early dinner before the Norwood show which started at 7:30 pm. I reconfirmed a day prior. I was given a choice of high top or dining table seating. Selected dining table as I thought it would be easier for our senior group. Well, 3 people at the check in desk and they just couldnât figure out how to seat us. Dining tables were reserved but none for us despite our reservation(?). Sat at high tops. Finally ordered drinks which took 15 minutes to arrive. Finally server reappeared and we ordered. Nothing complicated. 20 minutes later meals arrived sporadically and one was wrong. Finally had to go to front and ask them to send server who disappeared. Finally after asking front desk and any staff who walked past us, yet again, server presented herself. Finally correct soup arrived. Second drinks/water did not arrive. Had to hunt for server again for the bill. Bill finally arrived along with delivery of one drink minus water and a root beer. Rejected drinks and finally received amended bill. Server said they were very busy. Food was not fabulous but it was acceptable. Never, ever, again ! OMG.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience here! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel right at home. Our Sever Racheal was top-notch â friendly, attentive, and they really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
Now, let's talk about the food. Wow! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor, and you could tell everything was made with high-quality ingredients. The presentation was beautiful, and every bite was a delightful experience. I honestly can't pick a favorite, as everything was so delicious!
