Small little deli and conveniance store offering prepared meals, soups and delicious subs. I use to live down the street and I would frequently stop in. Their steak and cheese and meatball subs are delicious. However the show stopper is their chicken salad. Absolutely delicious! Might be the best in the state. It is not far from the Westwood line or downtown Norwood. Very accessible from 109 or 1a. Parking is on the street but I've never had an issue. Check them out! Oh yeah, they also have amazing fish chowda!

For a few households, I ordered 16 lbs of chicken salad and finger rolls and a Greek salad. I ordered 2 days ahead so I wouldn’t go in and unexpectedly take so much inventory from their refrigerated case and bread shelves. I parked on the side street beside them. Everything was ready on time. They are insanely busy but work quickly and pleasantly and folks are in and out. Staff even offered to assist with bringing everything out to the car. As always, chicken salad is perfect, finger rolls are fresh and good, salad was fresh with plenty of dressing on the side. Thank you-this provided a treat for many :) JT

I've only ever received excellent food here, I went with one of the ready made Meatball Subs, (much of the cheese was stuck on the foil) They are always very customer friendly, even when they are swamped they do their best to greet you with a smile and are generally very efficient.No public restrooms and extremely limited parking.*Takeout*

I go to this Deli daily, and I don't always get the same thing because there's so much yummy food there. I have to say though I'm a steak and cheese affectionado, and D&G Deli has the best steak and cheese out of anywhere in norwood, let alone the rest of the state and even back home in New Hampshire where I grew up. If you happen to see a young man named Kevin working when you come to this Amazing Deli, definitely ask him to make you his steak and cheese. You will thank me.
