I am not sure how we did not know about Dilli-Delights when it has been open since last year but we are so glad we do now! Hands down, some of the best Indian food I have had in every form. We had the butter chicken special, navaratan korma and chicken bharra and we are in absolute food heaven. The food is not overly rich and spiced to perfection with lots of flavors. My husband who is not Indian said that the chicken bharra was the best chicken he had ever had - it was melt in your mouth good. Highly recommend this gem of a place where you can tell that the food is made with love and a lot of passion for good cooking. The food will resonate with Indian food lovers as well as those new to this cuisine!

Great food and amazing people! We tried the Chicken Bharra and Tomato Chaat—both were delicious. The Jalebi was one of the best sweets we’ve had in Massachusetts. The owners were the best part, though—they were so friendly and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend their food; it has that comforting, homemade touch.

Preparing food is a calling for Hasan and connecting with people who visit the restaurant is a way of life for both. They love what they are doing and that translates to the delightful experience!

If you’re craving true home-style Indian cooking, this place is an absolute gem. Every dish tasted like it came straight from someone’s family kitchen — full of depth, warmth, and real flavor. Nothing felt heavy or overly spiced, just perfectly balanced and incredibly satisfying.

My wife and I went for a weekday lunch. The proprietor was friendly and informative. The food was good. I particularly enjoyed the butter chicken and the samosas. The lentil soup (served with vegetarian entrees) was also delicious with a nice little spice. I look forward to trying other things on the menu, like the mutton korma, palak paneer, and biryani. Thank you!

I've tried a few Indian restaurants around Norwood & this is easily the best. Delicious and authentic home-cooked food, with more or less spicy options to suit every palate. Very relaxed and informal, and above all the nicest hosts you could hope to meet. Highly recommended.

Dilli-Delights is a hidden gem in Norwood, serving authentic Indian cuisine.
We enjoyed both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes in our recent visits. Their Chicken Tikka Masala is tender and bursting with flavor, while the Chicken Biryani is simply delicious. On weekends, they serve a variety of street food favorites (chaat) that bring the vibrant taste of Indian markets right to your plate.
The vegetarian options are equally impressive. The Palak Paneer – simmering cubes of cheese in buttery spinach sauce – paired with fresh garlic naan is heavenly. The Aloo Gobi, a perfectly seasoned medley of potatoes and cauliflower, is just as delightful.
There is a variety of Indian desserts to choose from– soft, syrupy Gulab Jamuns and crispy, golden Jalebi are our favorites. The kids love refreshing Mango Lassi.
Adding to the charm is the owner, a Harvard scientist-turned-chef, whose passion for experimenting with recipes is evident in every dish. His warm hospitality and innovative approach makes this place truly special.
⭐ – A must-visit for anyone craving authentic Indian flavors

Just had an amazing meal at this Indian spot, and I’m still thinking about it! 🤤
The Chicken Tikka Masala was next-level — rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced with tender chunks of chicken that melt in your mouth. The Chicken and Mutton Kabobs were juicy, smoky, and full of flavor — you can tell they were cooked with care and real skill.
And don’t even get me started on the Biryani — fragrant, flavorful, and packed with that homemade feel. It wasn’t overly greasy or spicy — just right, like something straight out of your mom’s kitchen. 🫶
If you’re craving authentic Indian food that tastes home-cooked but still restaurant-quality, this place seriously delivers. Highly recommend if you love real flavor without the fuss. 🙌
