I ordered food through Uber Eats. I ordered half dozen donut's, an iced latte, and an iced coffee. Uber driver was on time and very courteous, so no fault of his own. Needless to say the food I ordered wasn’t with my order. Instead I received three drinks, one of which belonged to a different order. This is the second time this location has done this. I will not order from here again. I’m so tired of people’s incompetence.

I waited over 15 minutes for a simple mobile order (6 donuts, a breakfast sandwich and 2 wraps). I ordered it for pick up - no one came to the counter so I called for someone to check on the order. The attendant was very rude, saying “when it’s ready it’ll be up there” and walked away. Terrible

I wish I could give this place no stars because they are that terrible the manger is the reason she be outside smoking weed with them and I smoke but if the manager doesn’t care how can your expect your employees. I’m a general manger myself and I hate to do this but there has been NO IMPROVEMENT here none in the last two years I even stopped going because it was so bad and I’m just tired of this location ruining the start to me day. I asked for my bacon crispy dude with the big finger tips literally said he’s not doing that guess he forgot his speaker was on and he didn’t do it either this location needs to be watched for at least 3 months by management until they improve they don’t care where are the owners I understand it’s jus coffee and donuts but where is the care for your business because the people you are entrusting to run it daily sure don’t. It’s a easy job they aren’t being watched and they are taking advantage of it fix this damn location already I only have this a start because you can’t give a review without on but I’m so tired of this location it’s sucks and you guys need to check on your investments

I’m not one who takes any pleasure in leaving bad reviews but sometimes the owner needs to be aware of things. Firstly, it’s been happening more lately that the English muffins for sandwiches are not getting toasted! There’s nothing worse than a cold english muffin. Also this happened to me twice now where I order the avocado spread (goes good with hash browns) and instead of getting the spread I get avocado toast for basically free! (The spread is only 1.25). Thank you.

I’ve come to this dunkin many times and each time it takes at least a hour to get my food the employees have attitude and are arrogant and most of all this lady she is rude when taking me and my friends orders she was constantly giving me and my friends attitude i told and employee that she got my order wrong and she told me it was my fault and I should I add Carmel into it by the time I got my order I was sitting on the floor asleep because of how long it took and even after all that the food was terrible my croissant was burnt and my hashbrowns were soggy and disgusting make sure to not come here on Mondays or ever if you wanna spend your day rotting in a tiny dunkin.
Took me 50 minutes to get my order and I’ve been here multiple times and this has never happened to me ever. the workers were extremely rude and gave dirty looks to me and my fello friends. we watched as the people going to bigY for there groceries would come back all done with there groceries and that showed us the passing. the food tasted raw and the woman that worked had to ask me multiple times what I ordered and carried incredibly negative energy when giving us our food that we have been waiting one hour for. I don’t know what the lady’s problem was a the Dunkin but all know is that she needed to be fired immediately and the Dunkin needs to hire new employees asap. DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN❌❌

I don't normally review places but the exceptionally slow and poor service by the employees at this particular dunkin donuts was enough to push me into writing a review. I live in the area and have been here a few dozen times, not one of those visits has been good. Every single time I am forced to come here (normally just because I'm driving by and need a coffee) the wait times are excessive, the staff members literally sound stoned and barely able to form sentences. I don't order much, almost always just a coffee, there was not a line and yet I am still forced to sit at the ordering window for ten mins before someone even takes my order, and then wait another ten mins for them to pour a coffee. There are a lot of dunkin donuts locations and if you can avoid this one, I highly recommend you do so.
