Horrible place! the barista was very rude, I made an order online, came to them, and they couldn't find my order in the system, I had to make the order again, in the end I spent $30 for nothing and left with nothing!

Time and time again this is the worst Dunkin' that I have ever visited. Go a mile down the road to the one in Westwood or visit the Starbucks across the street. They have no people skills and it's not worth your money.

The Dunkin' on Nahatan Street has great food but the service keeps forgetting food items and not making my ☕ coffees correctly. The atmosphere makes me very uncomfortable. Overall, I give it 3/5 ⭐ stars.
Parking: There are around a dozen spots, but the parking lot is a disaster.
Kid-friendliness: It is sorta kid friendly but not really.

This definitely the worst Dunkin in the area , never the same cup of coffee , so inconsistent, and how they drag themselves around the store with no urgency , took twenty minutes for a medium hot coffee with a donut,and they forgot the donut . Much better options around Westwood is great but not this one,shame because location is great
Visited this dunks for a coffee and quick bite. They seem to have revamped some of the things they do and maybe have some new people working. I was pleasantly surprised with the accuracy and how fast my order was ready.

This morning, I got to the Duncan's at 7:50, placed my order via mobile app at 7:52. Walked in and saw that the line was already very long for the counter and a lot of people were standing by waiting for their mobile orders and sandwiches. There was hardly any name calling out for orders, the mobile order machine was just pumping out tickets with hardly anyone getting to him. Needless to say there were only three associates working. One person on the counter, one person on the food station, and one person who was probably helping out at the front and designated tickets for order making. All I ordered was a medium iced coffee and an order of hash browns. At 8:15 a.m., I left after picking up my coffee and told everybody in the lobby that when an order of hash brown comes out anybody can take it because I didn't have time to wait for this. That's absolutely insane I've never waited for 20 minutes for my dunkin' donuts mobile order ever before. The coffee is delicious Thank you very much Happy New Year.
