I live so close to this dunks but it is always a problem. Why order online when people who walk in and order get their drinks faster? Every time I go here it is a problem. Literally just a large mocha iced coffee 4 cream, 3 sugar and cold foam, spelled out exactly how to make it on the sticker and receipt that prints out for them.
This time they made the wrong drink and after noticing I get my drink and it is not even mixed. It has cold foam on top, which is supposed to be sipped with the coffee. Now I am forced to mix it all together and ruin what I paid EXTRA for. I know the job is busy etc. but the dunks on RT1 next to the 99 restaurant is so much better. I will forevermore drive out of my way to go there instead.

Marlene was the woman we had yesterday and she was amazing, we had a great experience at this location and my friends and I were so happy exiting the building. Dunkin give that woman a raise she was amazing!

Horrible place! the barista was very rude, I made an order online, came to them, and they couldn't find my order in the system, I had to make the order again, in the end I spent $30 for nothing and left with nothing!

terrible service, 02.23.2025 waited 20 minutes for coffee, ordered twice in the app, but the barista still didn't see it in his program. In the end, we left without coffee! I don't recommend this place

Time and time again this is the worst Dunkin' that I have ever visited. Go a mile down the road to the one in Westwood or visit the Starbucks across the street. They have no people skills and it's not worth your money.

It was extremely busy but the staff handled it as best they could. The manager on duty was right on the ball and even though it was busy I got out of there in record time.
The Dunkin' on Nahatan Street has great food but the service keeps forgetting food items and not making my ☕ coffees correctly. The atmosphere makes me very uncomfortable. Overall, I give it 3/5 ⭐ stars.
Parking: There are around a dozen spots, but the parking lot is a disaster.
Kid-friendliness: It is sorta kid friendly but not really.

This definitely the worst Dunkin in the area , never the same cup of coffee , so inconsistent, and how they drag themselves around the store with no urgency , took twenty minutes for a medium hot coffee with a donut,and they forgot the donut . Much better options around Westwood is great but not this one,shame because location is great
