Pre-ordered my Dunkin through the app, which is pretty clear. Sat in a drive-through for 15 minutes for my order is still not be right. Went inside to advise that my order was not right.I’m remade my order and still didn’t make it right. It appears people here need to understand English writing and also be able to read the order and then listen when you go back inside to get the correct order. Moral of the story is no one knows how to read or listen at this Dunkin’ Donuts.

Online app wouldn't work so 8 call to place a large order for pick up on the way to a class I was teaching. The phone rang with no one ever answering. I stopped in and call the number while I was walking in the door. No phone could be heard anywhere so it was either dead or turned off. Use a different dunkin I the area.

The food always tastes like the oven desperately needs to be cleaned. This was the case during the summer thought I’d give another chance but unfortunately nothing has changed. Nice drive thru people though.

It wasn’t speedy service, but everyone was very friendly and my drink was good.
You do have to pull past a bunch of bustling restaurants to get to the Dunkin, but it is a drive through, which is glorious.
Very accessible and a quick on-and-off the busy highway.
