Gyro and Kebab House

My freind Tommy went there and he goes :oh my god what a joke. He ordered lamb and chicken and they serve them in 3 minutes. Hummus. They opened a can and served it .. so dirty food and place .. and the worst food makers ever. He said. This restaurant it’s a joke.

We had chicken doner that was a solid 7-8/10. The meze were delicious, though! We also tried ground meat pide (kiymali pide). I’m not sure why it was so disappointing. If they could improve the quality of the meat (especially lamb), I’d definitely be a regular. I’ve tried it a few times, but the meat they use in lahmacun and pide has always been pretty subpar. Please fix that! You’re the closest Turkish restaurant to my place, and I’d love to come more often if the food is better.

Today I went to the restaurant and the food tasted really bad. I asked him to change it and he told me that I am not supposed to say that the food is bad. I am not supposed to express my opinion. I advise you not to go to this place. The food is bad and very expensive.

I got a chicken shawarma plate. It was interesting, not what I am used to. That's not bad, just different.
The server first brought a freshly baked round of bread to my table. It was nice, like a plain pizza. It was accompanied by a creamy dip and a sweet tomato oil sauce.
The entree: The texture of the chicken was excellent, and it was very moist. There wasn't a ton of spice and I didn't notice any marinade. The chicken was served over an enormous bed of bulgur wheat. The wheat did not appear to have had any salt, pepper or spices added to it at all. Alongside the chicken and wheat was a small selection of pickled cabbage, plain shredded carrots and sliced romaine lettuce. Only the lettuce had a simple dressing on it. Finally, a char grilled spicy green pepper was added to the plate.
There was a lot of food, but not a lot of flavor anywhere. I wish there had been. The food was all fresh and obviously prepared to order.
Plenty of free parking. Clean bathroom.

Everything was great as usual until start eating the burger and it was juicy and delicious until we found two hair in one of the I pulled out of my mouth. No good

Excellent food; appetizers, entree, desserts. We go there for the yogurt kebab and meat gyro kebab especially.

My to go place for lunch when I work in Norwood. My only complaint is that the portion of food is getting smaller while the price went up. I understand with the economy nowadays everything goes up but they should keep the portion the same and go up in price. One or the other, can’t be both. I noticed this with to go orders, eat in order portion is still standard.

Rude customer service. Food takes very long and they messed up my order multiple times. I used to dine here often but after the very rude customer service I received today I will not be back. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Worst dining experience. Came here today with my family for my birthday dinner and the service was horrible. Rude customer service. We reserved a table in advance so they could prepare for our order. Clearly they are very unorganized. They got our order wrong 3 times and kept blaming us when we were the ones that were correct on the receipt. Two of our dishes came after an hour when everyone was done eating. We ended up having to take it to go as it was too late to for anyone to eat it. Their excuse: “Oh the kitchen is busy” when the place was practically empty. At the end when we went up to pay, they kept arguing with us that we took 4 bottles of water even though we only took 3. Not sure why they dont know how to count correctly. And not sure why they were so rude. Never coming here again. If you like being insulted and treated horribly then this is the place for you!

They did not fulfill our online order. We had placed an order for a chicken kebob, an Adana kebob, and a lamb shish kebob. When we showed up for the pickup, we were told they were out of the last item (shish kebob) with no apologies. They should have called us ahead of time to ask if we wanted to make any changes. We ended up with 2 meals for 3 people. It was a pretty disappointing experience.
