Got this not even 10 minutes ago large hot mocha milk and sugar, looks like the coffee was made a few days ago an watered down, taste horrible, stop here everyday on the way to work the usual workers know how to make coffee an it’s good everytime, the new people working don’t know how to make coffee no mocha flavoring was put in no sugar and taste like water. How does a coffee shop not know how to make coffee

I thought that this place was very pleasant compared to a lot of places in the area. We actually went here by accident (meaning to go to the one in Canton), but glad we did. Food was hot, even better than my usual store 30 minutes away and they're pretty good.

Stopped here twice during my training week here in Norwood. Lots of options for food (turkey bacon, different breads, etc). Coffee was delicious and fairly inexpensive too.

This was my 1st time visiting this location and will definitely be my last. My coffee had syrup sitting at the bottom not mixed in at all and the food wasn’t even hot when I got it. There was no one else there so couldn’t even use being busy as an excuse. I went thru the drive- thru, the older woman taking the order had a terrible attitude and was very rude. We had to go inside for something we didn’t like and wanted a refund for. She didn’t have on a company uniform and the inside was not clean at all. She was clearly annoyed about the refund and said, “next time make sure you know what you want before you order”. I hope whoever her superior is sees this.

My wife and I come in every Sunday morning for coffee and bagels. We always get the same thing. Many times, they have our stuff ready as soon as we enter the store, or are in the middle of preparing it. The level of service is definitely appreciated.

The food and coffee are both very good here. I never have any issues. The staff is very friendly and I always get my food in a timely manner. The prices are a bit high compared to places like Dunkin' but the quality of food is much much better in my opinion and that makes it worth it. All that being said the only reason I don't give out more stars is because of Saturdays. The website and Google both clearly state they open at 6am on Saturdays and as of the past few months I have never seen them open that early. I work 5 minutes up the road and start work at 7am so I usually stop here every morning to grab a coffee and some breakfast. It's very frustrating and upsetting when I get here at 6:45/6:50 and the entire place is still shrouded in darkness. No employees to be found. If they're going to open an hour after they're supposed to they should at least update the times on the website and Google to reflect that.
This little hidden gem is my go to every morning headed into the city. Literally running late every minute of my life and these guys get my coffee out in 2 minutes.Last week their credit card machine was down and I had no cash on me and the girl working let me have one to pay back later for free.. if i dont have caffeine, ill probably crash my car. That move literally just sealed my every morning coffee place from now on. Amazing when someone treats you like a human!
