Their hours are supposedly 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM. We walked in at 9:10 PM on a quiet Monday and were informed by an employee that they were closing up. Maybe they just really wanted to leave early that day, but we certainly have no plans to return and find out.

When the front desk arrived, he greeted me very kindly and I sat down. After sitting at the table I was waiting 15 minutes without anyone serving us. The waiters kept talking to each other, looked at the table and didn't even ask if we had been served. After 15 minutes, I had to go to the front desk and tell the guy who our waiter was. Even people who arrived after us were attended to first. I am a business owner, and what has gotten me to where I am is customer service and empathy.

BEWARE OF FRAUD!!! This Ihop USE TO BE the best Ihop in Massachusetts, but is now THE WORST! Service was awful- the waitress brought the check while my family and I were still eating and didn't bother to ask if we needed anything else. There were only two other tables and one of them- an elderly couple, had to seat themselves when they came in because no one noticed them waiting for a table. However, the worst part happened when I used my credit card to pay for the meal. A few days later (the 29th) the charge from the meal had posted, but it was for more money than I signed for on the receipt at the restaurant. So BEWARE OF FRAUD because using a credit/debit card will prompt the staff to steal a few extra bucks for themselves. I will NEVER return to this Ihop and have already told my friends and family to STAY AWAY!!! If you choose to eat here, please pay in cash or take pictures of your receipt when paying by card. My bank was able to give me back the money the Ihop employees tried to steal, but if I wasn't the type to check my account frequently, they would have gotten away with it. BEWARE!!!

I have come here a few times and all those times had bad experiences. Food is good, but the place is not clean and they are short staffed. Today, the manager was extra rude and raciest and said she doesn’t understand me, without first listening to me, when I was asking about a coupon code. She effectively managed to ruin my Sunday breakfast, for asking a simple question.
