I have mixed feelings, Being from Boston and the north shore I was excited to get a north shore super beef, especially after reading some of the positive reviews. Having said that, I ordered a super beef and it was served on a junior beef bun. I was very disappointed to not have it on an onion roll. But, the beef was cooked perfectly and it tasted great.
I have a complaint to be made, the chef Orlin Garcia himself, who works at the establishment, said that Mr. Carlos, the owner of Mak's.the kitchen is very dirty, there are a lot of rats, if basic sanitation is improved there, people will run the risk of catching leptospirosis, the snacks are very tasty and very dirty. My bread was dry, not soft like usual, and not enough sauce on my roast beef sandwich . Usually, i brag about their roast beef, but this time, im sorry. Otherwise, they are awesome!
