I used to be a frequent customer as it’s close to my job and convenient to pick up lunch there on my break, but after the recent experience I had I am unsure about returning. I had placed an order on the app and arrived to pick it up when the app told me it was ready. When I arrived I didn’t see my food on the counter so I asked a woman who worked there for assistance. I didn’t think to get her name but she wasn’t in uniform so I’m assuming she was possibly their DM, or she’s just simply unprofessional which her behavior definitely displayed. She asked me for a number for my order to which I showed her my receipt on the app which didn’t have a number. She immediately started getting attitude with me despite me starting off respectful and after I explained to her that I’ve never had to give a number to anyone when I’ve came to pick up food that I ordered on the app before, nor do I have a number to give her, she then just walked away and ignored me until another employee recognized me and asked if I had an order. The same woman from before then tried to claim that I had placed my order 40 minutes ago and was too late to pick it up which was blatantly not true and when I showed her that my emailed receipt was received 10 minutes ago she told me that it was possible that someone had stolen my food, which would obviously be her problem to fix since they allowed that to happen. I then told her that if I’m not getting my food then I need a refund as I had already paid and didn’t have time to wait around since I was on my break. After that she brought me over to a register and asked what I had ordered and ended up giving me my food. If it was that easy to fix the issue I had which was something they caused, why was I given such a hard time? You need to reevaluate who you have working for you as it can drive away customers — which has now just happened.

This McDonald's is always 100x better than the one on Providence Highway. There's never a reason not to just go to this one. The people here at least pretend to speak English and the guy at the window always understands what you said.

I went into the store with my family. I called when I got home to see if I left my baby bag they said that it was there and when my partner went to get it they said they didn’t have it. I called back and then they said no one spoke to me (which is false) and then hung up on my face.

I asked about the Mac Chicken sandwich and they told me it tasted like chicken nuggets so I got the Big Mac instead they didn't have to tell me that but that was nice of them to do so I didn't want to buy something I didn't like.
Kid-friendliness: They went out of there way to give me the right food that I wanted, and that is what I like.

Management had a nasty attitude toward my younger sister and her two friends. Very unprofessional and an adult should not have a disrespectful tone towards kids.
5 star to 1 star. Went just for the hello kitty yugioh toy, selected it on the mobile app. Got something totally different. They don't have any of the hello kitty / yugioh stuff advertised on the menu. They don't carry any of the salads that are on the menu. No straws. Started going somewhere else.

Might have just been this specific manager or just a bad day, but the manager had a terrible attitude and just didn’t seem to care about anything. All the other staff though were nice and friendly.
I had driven over to check which Hello Kitty x Happy Meal collaboration toys they were still giving away. Cashier was extremely friendly and showed me the toys they still had, two of which I wanted. I requested to buy two of each of those toys if possible and the manager stated I would have to buy the happy meals to get those toys. That wasn’t an issue as long as I got those specific toys and she ended up just giving me not the specific ones I requested for even though I paid for all of the happy meals.
I don’t mind if you didn’t want to bother checking if you had anymore of the two I wanted and I don’t mind paying for all the happy meals to get those specific toys if you have them; but I do mind paying for all those happy meals and then not getting the toys I requested for when I stated I would only be paying for those happy meals with those toys in it. I recommend literally every other McDonalds around the area who have very friendly staff and service over this location.
